Furniture is a large-item purchase, so we ask customers to confirm product details, delivery country, access requirements, and return eligibility before placing an order. This page explains the standard process.

Produced in China. Products are produced in China unless a specific item states otherwise.
Confirm before ordering. Lead time, shipping cost, taxes, and duties depend on destination and item details.
Report damage quickly. Keep packaging and send photos of the item, carton, label, and damaged area.

Product origin and availability

BORUI JINGWEI furniture is produced in China and may be prepared for customers in different countries. Availability can vary by product, finish, fabric, production schedule, and destination.

Images on the website are for presentation and style reference. Color, texture, grain, cushion shape, and finish may vary due to screen settings, lighting, natural materials, and production batches.

Before you order

Please review product dimensions, materials, color, finish, room placement, doorway and elevator access, assembly needs, care requirements, and delivery address before confirming an order. For large furniture, customers are responsible for checking that the item can be delivered through building entrances, stairs, hallways, elevators, and room doors.

Shipping destinations and timing

Delivery availability, production lead time, transit time, carrier options, and final shipping cost depend on the destination country or region, item size, order quantity, shipping method, and customs requirements. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing for a specific order.

International shipping may be affected by port congestion, customs review, local carrier availability, weather, holidays, inspections, and other events outside our control.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, sales tax, local taxes, remote-area surcharges, storage fees, and delivery appointment fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping terms. These amounts should be confirmed before order acceptance.

Unless a written order confirmation says otherwise, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local delivery fees charged by government authorities, carriers, or service providers.

Order changes and cancellation

Change and cancellation options depend on whether production, packing, booking, or shipping has started. Custom, made-to-order, special-finish, special-size, or personalized items may not be cancellable once production begins.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible. We will review the order status and tell you whether a change, cancellation, or partial refund is available.

Returns

Return eligibility depends on the product type, order type, destination, condition, packaging, and time since delivery. Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

Items generally must be unused, unassembled where applicable, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Custom-made, made-to-order, final-sale, clearance, used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or hygiene-sensitive upholstered items may not be returnable unless required by applicable law.

Return shipping and refund timing

Approved return shipping costs and restocking or handling fees, if any, will be explained during the return review. Original shipping, customs, duties, taxes, remote-area charges, storage fees, and special service fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by our confirmed error.

Refunds are normally reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other payment network.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or different from the confirmed order, keep all packaging and contact us promptly. Please include your order reference, delivery date, photos of the product, photos of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, and close-up photos of the issue.

We may arrange replacement parts, repair guidance, carrier claim support, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation and available evidence.
